By accessing and using IndexChex ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

IndexChex is a web-based service that allows users to check whether URLs are indexed by Google search engine. The service provides batch URL checking capabilities and historical tracking of indexation status.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use our service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription System and Payments

4.1 Credits

  • Our service operates on a subscription-based system where 1 credit = 1 URL check
  • New users receive 150 free credits upon registration
  • Monthly credits are allotted through our paid subscription plans
  • Unused credits do not roll over month to month

4.2 Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Submit URLs that contain malicious content, spam, or violate third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
  • Overload our systems with excessive requests

6. Service Limitations

  • Maximum 10,000 URLs per batch check
  • Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
  • Results are based on Google's search results at the time of checking
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party search engine results
  • Rate limits may apply to prevent abuse

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by IndexChex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

9. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Index checking results are based on third-party search engines and may not be 100% accurate
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our service results

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IndexChex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IndexChex from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IndexChex operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
