1. What You Are Purchasing
1.1 Digital Credits
When you make a purchase on IndexChex, you are purchasing digital service credits. These credits are a virtual, platform-limited form of value that can be used only within your IndexChex account to access our URL indexing services and related tools.
1.2 What Credits Allow You To Do
Credits may be used to access features and services made available on the IndexChex platform, including as applicable:
- Submitting URLs for indexing attempts
- Performing indexation checks on specified URLs
- Accessing submission status information
- Using platform reporting or analytics features
- Using API or integration features that are included with your plan or account level
1.3 Nature of the Service
Credits give you access to a digital service. They do not represent ownership of any stored cash value, banked funds, or a redeemable monetary balance, and they are not exchangeable for cash except where required by applicable law.
1.4 Credit Characteristics
- Non-transferable: Credits may not be transferred, resold, or assigned unless we expressly permit it in writing.
- Platform-specific: Credits may only be used on IndexChex.
- No cash value: Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
- Delivered digitally: Credits are typically delivered to your account promptly after successful payment.
- Expiration and subscription terms: Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) credits do not expire solely due to the passage of time while your account remains active and in good standing. Subscription credits are issued on a recurring billing cycle and, unless otherwise specified, must be used within that period and do not carry over to subsequent billing cycles.
2. What Our Service Does — and Does Not — Promise
2.1 Service We Provide
When you use IndexChex credits, we provide the digital service components described on our website, product pages, dashboard, and documentation at the time of purchase. Depending on your plan and feature set, this may include:

- Delivery of indexing-related requests, signals, workflows, or technical processes through our systems
- Status monitoring, reporting, or dashboard visibility

2.2 No Guaranteed Indexing Outcome
Purchasing credits or submitting URLs through IndexChex does not guarantee that any particular URL will be indexed, crawled, ranked, or displayed by Google or any other third-party search engine.
Indexing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including:
- Search engine algorithms, systems, and policies
- Website quality, trust signals, and domain history
- Content quality and uniqueness
- Technical issues affecting the submitted URL
- Actions or limitations imposed by third-party services
2.3 Service Access vs. Third-Party Results
Our contractual obligation is to provide the service access and platform functionality described in our materials. Search engine decisions and third-party indexing outcomes are not fully within our control and are not guaranteed results.
3. Monetary Refund Policy
3.1 General Rule
Because credits are digital products delivered electronically and made available for immediate use, monetary refunds are not typically provided after credits have been delivered to your account. However, refunds may be provided where required by law or where our digital content or services fail to conform to this policy, our representations, or applicable consumer protection law.
3.2 Situations Where Monetary Refunds May Be Available
We may provide a monetary refund in the following circumstances:
A. Billing or Payment Errors
- Duplicate charges caused by technical or payment processing errors
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect billing amounts caused by our systems
- Other verified payment processing mistakes
B. Undelivered Credits

3.3 Situations That Generally Do Not Qualify for Monetary Refunds
The following, by themselves, generally do not qualify for a monetary refund:
- A submitted URL is not indexed by Google or another search engine
- A URL is indexed more slowly than you expected
- Your indexing rate is lower than hoped or lower than your prior experience
- Search engine algorithm changes affect outcomes
- You change your mind after credits have been delivered
- You submit URLs incorrectly or use the platform in a way inconsistent with our instructions or policies
- Your account is restricted for violating our Terms of Service
4. No Automatic Refunds for Unindexed URLs
IndexChex does not offer automatic monetary refunds or automatic credit returns solely because a submitted URL does not become indexed.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written offer, promotion, or service-specific guarantee, non-indexing alone is not considered a platform defect, billing error, or service failure for purposes of this Refunds & Returns Policy.
5. How To Request a Refund or Report an Issue

6.2 Consent to Immediate Performance
By completing a purchase, you request and consent to the immediate delivery or activation of your credits and related digital services.
6.3 Effect on Cancellation or Withdrawal Rights
In some jurisdictions, including parts of the EU, EEA, and UK, consumers may have a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right for certain distance purchases. Where the law allows that right to be lost for digital content or digital services supplied immediately, your consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement at checkout may reduce or eliminate that right.

8. Account Suspension, Termination, and Credits
8.1 Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts in accordance with our Terms of Service, including where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, unlawful use, security misuse, or material violation of our platform rules.
8.2 Effect on Credits
If your account is suspended, access to unused credits may be temporarily restricted during investigation. If a violation is confirmed, unused credits may be cancelled or forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and our Terms of Service.
If we determine that a suspension or restriction was applied in error, we will restore appropriate access or credits.
